TPF is a really good one - screenshots of the "customize"-features are missing here: options to define protocol, app, port/s (single, range, list) and IP/s (single, range, submask) and logging / alerting settings; plus apps' MD5. also has password-protection wich encrypts the rule-settings as well. unfortunately doesn't work on _some_ machines with XP (Pro) SP2, on others it does well - worth a try. (Please note: I haven't tried the binaries provided here, for I already have the same version running for a decade now.)
